The challenge this week was made a little more tough by the fact that I am traveling and in Dubai. Yes, as in the United Arab Emirates. Blogger thinks that because I am in Dubai, I should understand Arabic and has all of the links on their pages in Arabic...let's just say it took me more than 3 tries to even figure out how to log into my own account. Happily, I figured it out, and you can see my lady looking like an angel in front of the Christmas tree. Shukran (thank you) for visiting and have a happy Tuesday everyone!

I Heart Faces Weekly Photo Challenge Week 50 ~ Pets
I was excited when I saw the them for this week's photo challenge as I have MANY photos of both my girl (Bailey) and family and friends pets...the hardest part was deciding which one to enter. I chose this one of Bailey, ONE: because who can resist that sweet face, and TWO: because it has a Christmas theme, and I can't wait to get home and get finished up and ready for Christmas, even if it means leaving the sunshine for frigid cold!

Eagles
We went to my brother's today to take family photos. A mile or so from his house, we saw these three eagles sitting in a field. I had to grab my 70-200 and take a few quick shots. This eagle decided to really give me a thrill and fly a few feet for me. SO FUN!!!

St. Paul Photo Shoot
I had the pleasure of photographing my good friend Kasey in St. Paul a few weeks ago and thought I would share some of my favorites. Actually, Kasey is more like my little sister, and I have known her since she was only six months old! You can see from the pictures what a gorgeous lady she has turned into!

Fix it Friday with I Heart Faces
It has been AGES since I have made a post. I have today off, and this little girl was too adorable not to take a few minutes trying to my hand at editing for today's Fix it Friday. Here is the original photo straight out of the camera (photo not taken by me).
Here is my first attempt. I cropped the photo, brightened up the girl and made the colors brighter using TRA actions in PS4.
I love the bright colors in the first photo, but couldn't resist trying to make it look a little more "vintage"...with this edit, I added Kubota Image Tools "Blue Dawn Leonidas".
Let me know what you think and which edit is your favorite! If you want to see what others have done with this image, head on over to I Heart Faces by clicking the link below!

Owen - 6 Month Pictures
I am a bit behind in blogging as you can see! Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure taking Owen's 6 month pictures in the studio. Owen is the baby you see at the top of my blog page with his mom and dad ~ he has grown quite a bit since that photo was taken!
Owen is a happy, smiley little guy...but unfortunately for me, his momma, his toes, and Steve the chicken were all much more appealing than looking at my camera...so he was a challenge, but so much fun to take pictures of! I think we got some good ones here!
